About The Artist:Raoul Frank was an Austrian landscape painter active in the late 19th and early 20th century with wide artistic interests that ranged from watercolor to theater set design. Many of his works depict seascapes and coastal views. He was heavily influenced by the works of British artist and master of landscape watercolor painting J.M.W. Turner.
