Each Big Green Egg chef has their own style. Give all your dishes a characteristic smoky flavor using these original Kiln Dried Pecan Wood Chips from Big Green Egg. Mix the (soaked) wood chips into your charcoal or sprinkle a handful over it. Or do both; its all a matter of taste.
Wood chips do well with any type of dish. Pecan adds a rich, mellow flavor suitable for chicken and fish. Smoking with pecan wood gives poultry a golden brown skin that enhances any holiday table.
