It is suitable for use on flames and hotplates, and has a vent weight for releasing excess pressure. The lid also has a hard anodized safety valve and a SS 304 grade handle bracket. The non-induction base has ergonomically designed Bakelite handles for easy opening and closing. It also has a conventional safety valve with a gasket release system. This tri-ply cooker is perfect for cooking dishes like sabji, pav baji, halwa, curry, and more.
