About The Print:Inked geometric impression stamped from a hand-carved linoleum block

From The Artist:As delightfully unassuming as Ochre I and Ochre II are to me, their existence intriguingly validates two supposed observations: the phenomenon of “beginner’s luck” and the philosophy that “art imitates life.” They are indeed the lucky results of my first experience with the linocut process, and as simulation has had it, they were created during a time when I was engrossed in building new processes around my art making.
